I worked at Meta in a contract for 9 months. Prior to that I’ve been a marketing director for a real estate company and in the automotive industry where I’ve managed PMM or similar jobs and performed similar duties but not in tech.

I own my own business now but want to get back at corporate America.

I’ve been sending my resumes everywhere and nobody gives me a interview. What could I be doing wrong ?
I’m applying for PMM positions for 6 months now and nothing.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life. I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.

What is the average salary for a senior business analyst or a product owner at insurance companies?

I just got an offer from a company that I have mixed feelings about. Team seems great but Glassdoor reviews, not so much. I’m currently interviewing with a couple of other companies that are amazing and would be my too choices. However, I’m very early in the process so it will probably take a month or so to get to the offer stage with them. I don’t want to fall between two chairs for not taking this offer and then not getting any from other companies. What should I do? Best strategy?

Should I take this role?
Pros: 50k bump, company is full remote, no time tracking software, unlimited PTO, 10k in quarterly bonuses, vertical move in responsibility and title, will set me up for future roles in different companies with the title I am looking for (so strategic move)

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)
