How did you go about finding a therapist and/or coach to support you in your career transition? What value did they add, what would you do same/different if you had the time again and any other tips?

I’m in Deloitte human capital and want to eventually (but sooner rather than later) move to industry doing internal talent/people stuff. My coach recommended getting SPHR or equivalent. Thoughts?

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. Internship Program Help: Hi Everyone! I’ve never worked for a company with any type of internship program at all, let alone a really successful one. My new company thrives off our internship program, with many of our managers/directors having started as one themselves. I’d like to create more of a structure to this program but not even really sure where to begin. Also don’t want to bite off more than I can chew, but would love to hear some tips or even better, maybe have a quick chat if willing?

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge.
