Hi, whenever I want to switch jobs I rarely see any consulting company (Big 4, Accenture, CG Invent etc) offering more than 30% of my current CTC. Even when I have an offer they say they can match the offer but can't offer more. I am unsure what's the case 1. My yoe & skills don't justify the package I am asking 2. Consulting cos don't pay more than 30% hike on CCTC 3. I suck at negotiating. My Info, Tier 2 MBA, 4 YOE, IT Strategy + Enterprise Arch. work ex in Banking & FS. CCTC Fixed - 16 LPA

Anyone got a six figure base as an AE? Hunting around for companies with 6-fig base and similar commission. Seems to be mostly field / enterprise pay.

What's the market these days for someone with not-great technical skills, 12 YOE, TS clearance, hard-to-find/unique skillset, elite masters, middle management in DoD contracting, experience with critical/high profile roles?

I'm thinking 120-135k would be bad/mediocre, 180-195k would be possible/a stretch, and 160-170k would be doable/realistic. Thoughts? Not interested in Deloitte.
