Any update on the hike letter ?
Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

One option would be to talk to your manager directly. This can be difficult, but it's important to be honest about how their behavior is affecting you. Another option would be to look for a new job. If you've been with your company for 8 years, you may have some valuable experience that would be attractive to other employers. You could also look for a contract position at a major healthcare company. This could be a good way to get your foot in the door and see if you like working in healthcare.
I meant to reply to Author: I did talk to the director of the department. She's listened to my concern and I actually said I would quit if things didn't change. I overheard her conversation with Napoleon directly after our talk, and he claimed that we were ganging up against him because we are all friends, that he was just doing his job. She bought it because she's a new mom multiple times over and doesn't want to deal with it. When director was on maternity leave, he was a monster.

Their choice to choose the least senior member of the team to oversee all the well-seasoned well-deserved members of an all female team just was plain stupid. He's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Seriously.
