Holding an offer from Cognizant and joining as Senior Associate with 9.5 YOE. When I am eligible for next promotion Manager/Architect?

Have you guys taken paternity leave two years apart? Is it looked down upon? Thought on promotion or pay impacts.

Feeling underpaid for the work I’m producing and taking on. I recognize agencies notoriously under pay lower level employees, but I feel at this point I’m worth so much more. For context I have 2.5 years experience, in an AC role. To my knowledge we still aren’t passing out promotion and pay raises (ya know, COVID and all). Any advice? Do I start shopping around for a new spot?

Curious what Salaries are for Account Managers with 6 YOE and two different territories for the last four of those 6 years. No commission/bonuses ever given and no promotions since I took the position 6 years ago despite speaking up several times. COL raises at 1.5% and I now make 70k but at the top of my pay range. I’m starting to look for other jobs now because I’m fed up with having two territories without a raise for the extra work. I feel I should have been promoted to Senior AM long ago.

Hi ladies- so in summary I’m wondering if it might be beneficial for me to “hold myself back” a year and not go for the senior promotion this promotion cycle.

For some background, I’m in my second year at D as a TC II. And I’m currently in a reduced schedule. The reduced schedule alone doesn’t hurt my odds of being promoted to senior but I think it’s my technical competency that’s lacking.

I am from Oregon I have been at my place of work for 9.5 years. I am a CMA. With this company I have been a Lead MA, Scheduler, Float Lead, surgery assistant. I make what I need to make. I make $28.78 and I know others make $30-$31 within the company. What should I do?
