Hoping for some insight from people who have gone through the interview process at Horizon Media. I had a recruiter reach out to me regarding a Senior Media Planner position at the LA office. I had the recruiter phone interview, passed the assessment, and had the three interviews (back-to-back, seemed to have gone great) a week ago. I reached out today but haven't heard anything. After seeing reviews, I'm worried that I'm getting ghosted.

I started a new role about a month ago (exited from T2 consulting) but just got an opportunity to interview with MBB. The resume I sent in is from 3 months back doesn’t reflect this role change. Should I update the firm I’m interviewing with? Or if I get an offer should I explain during the background check process?

I'm currently interviewing for Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Gen roles. I have all the competencies required and can demonstrate all the skills through examples from my experience.

The issue I keep getting stuck at is my lack of people management experience. I have some people management from early roles, led project teams, agencies, and currently mentor people in the company. However the feedback is always lack of people mgmt exp.

Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response.
