Hi Fishies, I was hired for wealth and asset management project EY . It is capital market domain. Any body have any idea about this project going on in EY and the tools used for it.
Please advise if anyone have idea about it.
Just want to know any global tool they use for wealth and asset management, so it's a plus for me to join.
Thanks in advance

Someone has to design and maintain the stupid-proof automated systems, might as well be me 🤷🏼♀️
Ding ding ding …. WINNER!
I am three years out of school and make 100k base + ~20% bonus and benefits in what is most likely a MCOL city in the south. I can’t imagine a blue collar job is gonna touch that. You also have a ceiling in those type of jobs and it’s pretty manual labor. If you wanna make the big bucks with one of those professions I feel like the only way to do that is owning your own business which is risky. And as a former blue collar worker, before I went back to college, I think the work is better and there is actually a “culture” in my white collar job.
I agree that college costs are significant but I look at it as a sunk cost and not an investment.
I will tell you some other information:
1. 94% of students NOT graduating from high school are male.
2. Females makeup 60-70% college freshmen enrollment.
* Make your own scary inferences with above
3. Let’s look at the education field in Texas (nation wide trend) as an example. The demand for teachers, coaches, & all educators is extremely high. Problem is very few are graduating from university (states increasing the rigorous requirements to become an educator) as a certified educator. In Texas’ 3rd largest university only graduated 4 graduates certified to teach secondary science. WHO IS GOING TO TEACH OUR CHILDREN IN THE FUTURE.
4. Technical trade fields are excellent cash-in-hand careers, but they are not for everyone. Most struggle as they get older and transition into elderly. They also struggle without good benefits, insurance, pension plans, and retirement. Many in those fields have to work as long as their body holds up.
5. Just my opinion here…There should never be government interference by waiving and forgiving any student loan debt. That’s the worst thing ever. What does that teach anyone? Does no one think that will have an effect on our economy? EVERYONE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN STUDENT LOAN DEBT.
Or find a company that pays for your college. My bachelors degree was paid for and my masters degree was paid for by my employer. That way you get experience on the job and a degree or two or three free.
