what is the best way to move in-house from an agency SEO role? are there specific recruiters or strategies to find the roles that anyone has used?

Do you feel that in SEO there are too many ways of conducting the same tasks. I have had a string of managers within the past year, it’s starting to get very annoying as each person says method A is wrong and B is right, another manager would have the complete opposite view. Have you had similar experiences when this practice and adjustment begins to interfere with client deliverables.

Currently working in SEO at a good sized and reputable agency, but looking to get out or transition into more of a general strategy or data focused role.
