How are your firms doing? Joining a big, well known, firm soon and heard through the grapevine they took down job postings because they’re “re-evaluating demand”. I am now sitting here refreshing my email thinking that I’m going to get a rescinded offer. When I interviewed, it sounded like the practice was booming, so I’m shocked. Just curious how the industry is feeling in general.

So I'm in a weird space at the moment. I've been interviewing with a lot of agencies in the past couple of months, and I keep getting the same response of "I need more agency experience." How am I supposed to get that experience if one of the things holding me back is not having enough agency experience?
