How bad is a resume gap? Been at my firm my entire career, over 6 years now, and they've asked me to find a new position. I'm striking out so badly with in-house and lateral roles. It's been months of trying now and I'm exhausted. I get to the final round and am just never their final choice. How bad would it be if I'm not able to find a role by the time my website time runs out? Would I have any shot at finding a role in-house after that? I'm in technology transactions / IP licensing.
