Moving back to India due to h1b rejection. Mba from usa, total 5.5 years experience. Got a offer from EY for senior consultant with 22 lakh INR ctc. Does this sound at par with Indian market?

I have to tell my au pair that we have a new person coming in a month and I feel terrible about it :( she doesn't really see it coming but the new person randomly had her visa approved after submitting in June ! She is generally good with my kids but not a great fit with the family (husband) and im so stressed about the whole thing!

In-house at a small/mid size company whose General Counsel very, very BigLaw firm for all needs. Basically, I decide what goes to BigLaw and they hold my hand when I need it.

The issue, is that we are not an important client (nor should we be, tbh) but I have been instructed that I am restricted to this firm for all needs because of a family tie. The problem is they SUCK for what we do and need and $$$$$$$....

Any suggestions? We've got to get away from this big law firm..

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.
