Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

Your first one is hard but you will be well versed in like 5 years. Just set up a meeting with your direct boss, call it a 1:1 or a “chat”, tell them you got a great opportunity so you’re putting in your two weeks and your last day is xx date. They’ll help you with next steps
I posted a decently long resignation process earlier, in case this helps :)
Like SMM1 said the first one is the hardest but it will be fine. Remember you’re doing what is best for YOUR career. Don’t feel guilty and don’t second guess.

Super helpful, thank you!
Just give in a generic notice to your manager and HR in a written resignation letter. People leave all the time and as long as you aren’t bashing anyone/anything, you’ll be fine. Make sure to appropriately offboard all your work and maintain professionalism after you hand in your notice. That reflects a lot on how others perceive you (your last impression) after you’ve left.
Don't do anything shitty and agency bridges are basically unburnable. I knew a woman who left and went back to a place 7 times. Yeah it's on the extreme end, but it's agency life.

You just pull the trigger. It’s very normal.
