And if you finally have six figures cash ready to invest, what's the best place to start? Which broker / financial advisor would you recommend? This is only for 3-5 years to ultimately buy a decent home for my family. I'm clearly a dummy so any help is greatly appreciated.

Capgemini is hiring for RPA/Intelligent Automation roles in the US. I do not believe they are able to sponsor candidates for these roles. The roles are primarily remote (travel to client as required/when offices open) but would prefer the candidates to be located in Charlotte, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, and El Paso. DM me if you are interested in any of the below roles and I can provide more details. UiPath: Business analyst, developer, solution architect WorkFusion: Solution Architect

[Advice needed] I have a job offer from US based company and they are willing to sponsor me on L1. However with new proclamation, it looks like the process will further be delayed by 3 months and I can get a valid work visa by June/July at best. Alternatively I have an option of relocating to Canada as well. This process should be fairly quick and easy. My question is - 1. Should I opt for Canada or wait for US Visa? 2. Are there any chances that Biden administration overturns this. TIA

I was due for a promotion but then covid hit, and during the peak of layoffs/furloughs, I was given the run-around that we have agency wide promotion freezes, etc. Over the past month, a handful of people have been promoted. I know everyone's situation is different but I can't help feeling snubbed. How do I know whether they are genuinely trying to promote me and can't, versus them stringing me along for as long as possible? I dont want it to come to having to bring another offer to the table..
I'm on dat Covid-20 shieeet
