always negotiate
To be fair, if a company rescinded my offer because I attempted to negotiate, I wouldn’t want to work for that company anyway as it probably wouldn’t be a good culture / morals / etc. fit to me. If you don’t care about those things necessarily and you are more concerned that this offer is miles above your other offers, you may consider just accepting. But my opinion would be to negotiate on some part of the offer, but to Partners point - there is always a slight chance of it blowing up.
This is all I needed to see to know that salaries are rising to meet inflation
