I have been reading a few articles talking about how FAANG isn’t as lavish as it used to be. My first question is if that is true? If it is true, my second question is what companies out there have the pay, benefits, and perks like FAANG? My last question is if it is as difficult to get into those companies? Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Yeah I would totally accept lower $ for cheaper cinema tickets.

Bain has great flexibility, some examples are:
- taking unpaid leave (e.g. working 10/11 months a year)
- new boost programme: one week off for full pay and some cash to spend on education/ wellness retreat
- at less senior levels, ability to do short term transfer to another office with accommodation paid for
And a big one- 27 weeks full pay for paternity
Snacks in this place are awesome

Except transport subsidy and housing benefits, M does everything else, as should BB too
We all know where this is going….
So we have really good private healthcare, cycle to work, food wise only fruits in the office
Visa and other related support is really good - pay all expenses for full family
Other than that, we have improving standards on parental leave
I should add flexible working such as 9/10/11 months a year or 3/4 days a week
Then there are sabbaticals, externships, swap programs across other offices also available
I don’t think there is anything other than an excellent private healthcare insurance
We have quite a few other than private health and dental care including cycle to work and season ticket loan.
We don’t have stuff like car allowance or housing subsidy.
Have showers and really cheap, delicious breakfast and lunch. There are quite a few benefits but I don’t use most of them other than healthcare tbh
