How do the big 4 track that their employees are physically located and working within the US?PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

I am a SC in Deloitte US and thinking of moving to Canada. I don't hold a US passport, is there a way i can get a work visa in canada maybe through Deloitte or other big 4? If yes, What type of visa is it and how to apply?

Is it recommended to get two full years of consulting experience before looking for a move elsewhere...for more comp (say to another Big 4, industry, attempt at MBB or FAANG)? Already have 8 yoe in the DoD space outside of consulting. And about 16 months of consulting exp

How would switching to big 4 tech consulting at 2 YOE look for mba applications? Would it hurt? Looking to matriculate 2023 or 2024 but don't want this move to hurt me if I do it.

It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response. Is this white flag territory or is there still hope? And if it’s the ladder is there anything I can do to speed up the process or is it just a waiting game.

I’ve spent 4 years in Big 4, with about half that time in FDD. I feel like Corp Dev is what I ultimately want, but am wondering if a stint in banking could be worth it. If I’m not interested in PE or other buyside alternatives, is the pit stop in IB worth it?
Mainly wonder if IB is a must have box to check, or if you can work your way up the ladder without.
