How do you answer your greatest weaknesses/failures question of an interview without sounding trite and/or screwing yourself over?

Is it OK to ask the interviewer to split a 2.5 hour face to face interview into 2~3 sessions since I am 9 month pregnant? Should I mention that I am pregnant during the interview?

I came across this company called 'My Consultation Offer' which takes expertise in training you for the above and have a 85% success rate. The package for interview prep, Bootcamp and case study prep is $3497. Should I take it? Don't wanna spend ages on youtube looking at wrong content and wasting time. Accepting an offer in IBD, lateraling over from consulting. Opportunity of a lifetime for me so don’t want to lose it.
But timing is horrible. I joined the Army Reserves before this opportunity was on my radar. Interviewed over several months, got the offer, but shipping out in 1 month for training for 6 months.

I just received a verbal offer as a program manager at vp level from a US BB in London. Unfortunately the number was a round down of my current pay. I’m currently a business manager in banking and thinking to move to the program manager role as a step towards more broader opportunities in the future (COO, consulting type of roles).

I'm italian, 26 yo and currently working in France as financial analyst.
Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on

What would you do?
