Can anyone here give a referral?
Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I never say yes to this question. Even if I know my supervisor will give a positive recommendation. It is not that I don't trust my supervisor, I just prefer to keep my job search private.
I think it depends. If I have already left my job and I know that my supervisor would give me a positive review, then sure, contact them. If I haven't given a notice yet, then maybe I would say no just so my current employer isn't blindsided.

It's almost always a NO for me regardless of how supportive my current supervisor is. Some of the best career advise I've ever received is to treat your job and coworkers as such. No matter how nice, friendly, supportive they are, at the end of the day they are "work".
So, always err on the side of caution and say no
