Money doesn’t buy happiness, money is happiness
I like to read the Bible and watch the little house in the prairie it gives me peace
Lots of therapy and hobbies. Therapy has been a huge help for me because the different mental health professionals I’ve worked with have validated my thoughts and feelings. They have also given me tools to cope. It’s also nice having someone to talk to who isn’t in your inner circle that can give you a third party perspective.
Sleep, stay in my PJs, organize my environment, catch up on reading, cook, play tennis.

Exercise. Lots and lots of time at the gym. It is the only thing stopping me from drinking to kill the pain. Sometimes I drink too, but if I keep it to the weekends I drink less. Knowing I have to go to work the next day makes it hard to stop until the pain is all gone, which takes too many. That is why I stay away from cocktails during the working week. Makes it easier to tolerate walking back into hell the next day.
