This is such an annoying cliche, but working out really really helps. I was feeling dead to the world awful last week - on the verge of crisis awful. Then I started dragging myself out to run, to the gym, only eating healthy foods and no junk. I feel like a completely different person this week. But maybe that’s just how my particular mood disorder works…

Amerisourcebergen doesn't care about its employees. We have no mental health awareness. Leadership only promotes people who kiss ass the most qho have no managerial experience and pass people who actually have experience in a manager role. Leadership never helps you with anything. Managers write you up for no reason amd threaton your job constantly. Ive have leasherip threaten my job while on FMLA and write me up for taking too much time off

Many ppl in this group come to defend gds policies like deducting insurance from employees which is not a standard practice. Wonder what are they defending after the peanut hikes! I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. Felt so on edge and low on emotional resources for over a week that I wasn’t myself and apparently really rubbed a few people the wrong way so I was called in for a talking to 😣. I let people know there were some personal things going on, but didn’t mention the PTSD—very unsure if that’s something to share, or if I’d be judged for it or... I don’t even know. Has anyone else dealt with PTSD and had it impact them at work, and how did you handle it?
