How do you manage your job search and project work.

Whenever I have an interview scheduled my manager or SM or Partner would schedule something last minute. And then I have to reply back to the recruiter saying I won't be able to make it and please reschedule.

Happens so many times 😭

Considering a Product Owner role. Any best practices of what questions to ask during an interview? First phase deals with a virtual Teams interview with the recruiter and her manager on Tuesday. hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this?
