How much can I expect for Azure data engineer role.
And do they consider current CTC or that's irrelevant?

I've 2 offers, Please help me choose from following:

1) A large (15K employees) product based company with good culture.
22.5 LPA

2) A small (150+ employees) service based startup company with excellent culture.
17 LPA.

Both the companies are profitable.
