I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. I'm guessing no because businesses will fight hard against this (customers subsidize wages) and certain servers benefit from tipping as well.
