How frequently do MBA interns travel at Strategy&? Is it typical to go into office frequently?

Would Middle East offices still hire many people this year or sort of at a hiring freeze? (Think post-mba level)

Is wfh available in coforge? The office in GNIDA is very very far. Is it safe to travel by own car? If by cab are these small cars or typical suvs with 6-7 drops?

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I completed the last round of an interview (presentation) last week. Originally they said they would be calling my references & then make an offer accordingly.
Today they updated that they'd like me to travel to their HQ (based in Nordics & I'm in London) for the final round where I'd meet the CEO, the hiring manager and a couple of people in the team.
I don't think I'm the only one in the process - even though initially the last round was the presentation.
What are your thoughts?

How often do you think you will be traveling in 2022 with COVID mostly behind us? In the final interview/negotiation stages with an agency focused on pharmaceutical marketing as an Account Manager. Offer states up to 30% travel (but was told 20% is more realistic). No further info given such as location of accounts I'd be working on or a baseline other AMs travel. Feels like a red flag. Not interested in much travel. Quarterly is manageable. Any insights from others in similar roles??
