I eventually want to be in product management. I just graduated with an electrical engineering degree and work at a big automotive firm. I am in talks with American Express Digital Product group in nyc. Would that be a good move to go to Amex at a young age, or should I get more engineering experience and then later move into PM?

Managing 2 analysts - noticed their teams status is routinely away for 2-3 hours at a time. Responsive within 5-10 mins of ping and always get their work done albeit sometimes late at night. Is this a problem?
