How is FAC-P/PM different from a PMP certification?

Need serious advice. Been a Digital Strategy consultant for three years, heavy focus on product strategy, research, development. It’s a small but global consultancy (offices in nyc, brasil, colombia). Last whole year been acting as a technical lead on strategy for a team of 40+ consultants across different industries and even sold new projects including new clients considered unicorns. Can I go to MBB as a consultant and/or project lead? My salary is way below average big 4/MBB… don’t have MBA.

Any recommended study material for CIPP and/or CIPM (still debating the two)?

I am tech guy with almost 3yr exp, but I want to switch to a Management role. Going for an MBA is not possible for me. I was wondering about the possibility to switch to a management role within the next 2 years without an MBA. Company/Brand is not a bar for me.
Can somebody please suggest how to do this?

I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF. Does anyone have experience in how long it would take to complete the certificates and if there are other necessary or helpful study materials that would be useful? hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

I have been stuck deciding between two offers (both in IC, but one is more program analysis -similar to consulting work but on the fed side, and actual analysis).

The program analysis offer is at a higher GS level and a more well known agency, but is not what I’m interested in.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make a decision? Go with what I want to do, or go with the more well known agency and higher gs?
