Anyone who has recently resigned from ibm? When you initiare a separation process from workday, it goes to manager for approval. I asked HR and there is a due date mentioned on that process. Does that mean that if manager does not approve before the due date, my resignation is declined? What is the impact and what is meant by that due date? IBM

Wow. McKinsey, which has the biggest public sector presence of the MBB, really hasn't been doing too hot at all in the sector.
Its presence is tiny and it's gotten even smaller. Meanwhile it's bungling whatever opportunities it's getting.

Are you serious? Apples to oranges. FAC P/PM is pretty much agency mandated/required at whatever level and PMP is at your discretion

They're quite similar, though the FAC P/PM is government specific, while the PMP is universal.
Same ish, different application. FAC-P/PM for gov agency work, PMP for everything else. If you plan to get into private sector some day, PMP is good to have.
