How is internal mobility at the Big 4 in Australia? Especially from audit to TS/M&A for example?

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow.
