For PwC fishes who left recently, how did you consolidate wealth builder into 401k within benefits express to avoid the 20% federal tax withholding that was described in the benefits package? I tried to do this online but it didn’t show as an option except to rollover to an existing IRA or take a final distribution. Do I need to call benefits express?

Need some advice here. I am a fullstack developer with 5 yoe in Angular and Python. My aim is to crack FAANG companies.Now I got an offer from HSBC in a credit risk model monitoring role using Python.It is close to a data engineer role.
My question is that will it be a good idea to shift from development role to a model monitoring role if I want to move to FAANG in the future?Or does FAANG not prefer people who are not in core development roles?Amazon Microsoft Google Adobe PwC EY Citi Barclays JPMorgan Chase

6 weeks for “primary caregiver” meaning spouse has gone back to work. Otherwise 2 weeks. Pretty great compared to some, but well behind the 16 weeks becoming standard at ort competitors. Suspect it’ll be bumped up soon to compete

I like how you're thinking, OP! They probably will allow you to take the difference the second time. But it all depends on how the policy is worded. You might have found a loophole!
Believe it’s 6 total. From there you can bump it up by using your 25 or so days of PTO (depending on level).
