Hi fishes,
I have given an interview with Infosys on 2nd July and currently in portal it shows the status as 'Review in Progress' .Could any one let me know how many days it usually takes to get an update or does this mean they are interviewing other candidates for the same role .I have mailed the HR but no response from him.
Appreciate your comments/ suggestions on the same.

Im a new joiner so take it with a grain of salt. Hours are very similar to my frnds at BCG. Pay is similar to mbb as well (base and bonus, not sure about other benefits).
Culture wise, ive had some partners who are old school and do want to make you work the long hrs and weekends. But there are also partners who really value your time and make it a pleasant experience.
I also got a chance to work on a PwC project that had much lighter hours. I took that as a good break from regular S& engagements.
Overall it has been a great experience. High performing culture with great people. Great variation of projects.
No we are not fully integrated with PwC, but that is by design. We work hours comparable to what you would probably expect with MBB and other Tier 2s.
TC is great and I am pretty sure is tie to toe with MBB.
WLB has overall been good. Very very very rarely need to work weekends. Extremely reasonable project leadership so far.
McK 1: S& had a problem for its first 2-3 years within PwC. And it was a bad one. But those kinks have been worked out for the most part.
Not saying we’re perfect, but night and day from before.
New joiner with ~6 months experience in industrial products and services (IPS). Great culture, very smart people and the partners in my group care about WLB and culture very much. A couple directors are hardos, but you expect that. I will say that it's group dependent.
Benefits are worse than MBB, but pay is supposed to index to MBB.

Not fully integrated. Not an easy place to work, but neither is McKinsey
High performing culture. Long hours (even by consulting standards). Decent pay.
Any insights on the consumer group? WLB, culture?

There are some fantastic people to work with.
I recently had a run-in with a leader who micro-manages, gets easily upset, and openly shares irritation with staff (i.e. knows how to manage but not how to lead). If this happened my first year, I'd probably bounce.
I absolutely love working with my usual team. Extremely intelligent and mentoring senior leadership and the brightest young people looking to make an impact.
Would recommend to anybody who wants to be in consulting. You just need to find your team, which could take some time.

Strategy& is intense strategy projects.
