How is the EY Los Angeles office? It seems like EY layoffs have been a hot topic here lately. I have a phone interview for tax next week.

I seem to go through this cycle where I'll try to fix a problem, fix it and then go back to my old ways. I'm trying to fight against it but basically my performance review is coming up and I think it's likely I'm going to be let go because of my failure to meet expectations. Earlier in the year I was going through a rough time and working through it, I have gotten better over the course of the year but I feel it's not enough. I got fired from my last job. I'm so sick of this cycle

Hi Fishes, I've cleared L1 round recently with Persistent & appeared for L2 round today. Post the interview, I received an automated email from Persistent careers with Subject "Interview Feedback for L2 Interview". In an awkward spot. One of the CWs I manage has been going around telling my leadership that a very cool idea we just sold in was their own idea. They were a part of the pitch, but the idea was very much a team effort and came from inspiration I had shared and another AD riffed on. I’m all about sharing credit and giving credit where it’s due, but my boss had a stern chat with me about not giving this CW full credit for this idea.
