I’m asked to work a Throughput report that seems to be off with forecasting. From my understanding we are off by 2,200 being able to ship. I work in Exports for international. Our main system to pull reporting is SAP. Any suggestions what transaction would provide closer accuracy?

Thinking of switching employers. Does anyone have experience/knowledge regarding whether the different B4 deal analytics teams 1) work remote 2) still travel? Looking to potentially make a switch but have heard different things across the board, including seeing that most of the job postings for senior roles in these groups are tagged to offices and don’t say remote.

When do I begin adjusting? It’s been 4 months. I joined as an associate and I feel like sometimes my work is sloppy or I’m overwhelmed. I’ve gotten feedback that I’m making progress but that sounds fake. I’ve also gotten feedback that my work is sometimes sloppy. The last report I helped write had a ton of write ups on it. Feels like I’m about to get fired.
