How is this role of a Design Engineer at BT. What I have been told is, I will be leading a team of 6-8 members, plus I will responsible for two contractor teams like Virtusa etc.
They say it involves coding, but this management aspect looks too overwhelming to me. They are offering 40LPA for the same role.
Can anyone in the bowl guide me on this role? Is it worth it?
