What is salary for a Graduate Structural Engineer (1year) in Perth?

A parent of one of my students told admin she thinks it's irresponsible that I won't be grading over Christmas break. I let the students know to get any work they need graded in before the break and I'll get it to it during our workdays in January. Apparently that's not fast enough for her 🙄. I have a little over a year of experience as a Partner Success Manager at a Tech company. My company is looking to do salary negotiations this year. When I started out, my base was 70k plus commission of 10k minimum extra. Curious to know what others are making as a PSM and also looking for other opportunities!

My current YoE 7 and CCTC is 8.5 . Tech Stack is MSBI. I have seen colleagues left and got ~20LPA package. But though having excellent technical rounds companies are saying we can offer you upto 16LPA(I have seen that highest) dur to low CCTC. My expectation is 18LPA fixed but didn't able to get till now. Basically I use to opt out if I don't get 18LPA. Trying since last 3 months no luck. Is there any way to get that desired amount by not showing any offer in hand ?
