WLB, camaraderie, stability is us, hands down. We have significant upskilling opportunities, too, but I can't compare 1:1 with GPS and AFS.
Comp might be us, might not be us. We have the widest bands at a given level, but where *you* are in that band could be anywhere from below market to well above market.
Benefits are pretty run of the mill. We do have a good education stipend and 401k match, though.
Booz culture is cult-like and the company is overpopulated with do-nothing-deadbeats.
Deloitte federal entirely depends on the project. Some have great WLB, others burn and turn quickly. Benefits are good though!
Booz Allen's defence side is a little bit on the stuffy side in terms of personality traits it attracts. If you're an extrovert who smiles and cracks jokes all day you may get a few weird looks...I may know from experience....Either way the WLB for me has been great. Remote with occasional client travel. I've never had pushback when I desired to jump on a different project or take courses on company time to upskill.
AFS is atrocious. I worked with them on a project - the people are relaxed - but almost every project is either implementation or data wrangling.
BAH tends to be seen as your entry-level spot to be and then once you upskill enough you graduate to other firms AFS, EYGS, etc for higher pay and more senior roles.
