Personally, I do not view unlimited PTO as a benefit. Would rather be able to accrue and cash in on PTO when I leave.
$0 employee contribution for myself and my spouse for health benefits was the best benefit I’ve ever had.
A close second - I don’t have it at my current company, but a previous company offered a tuition reimbursement for continuing education. That motivated me to finalize a degree I was close to, but never finished.
Current company offers free skill development (udemy, LinkedIn learning, etc.), but I feel like it’s not the same.
I really just want a Gym/Fitness membership stipend

We’ve been getting a few more days off. But on the flip side, I still feel my boss is irritated when I take vacation. He’s a self proclaimed workaholic.
My current benefits are pretty amazing, mostly because they’re generous and transparent. In the past I’d get a list of benefits that sounded good but were difficult or impossible to use.
My benes are pretty standard. I wish I had 100% paid health insurance and unlimited PTO. A 4-day work week would be nice as well.
Currently, we have a very flexible WFH or in office culture. Not having specific office days but the ability to decide if/when we go in is huge.
Unlimited PTO but with a requirement to take a minimum amount of days every quarter, so that people actually use it & it removed the stigma of time off shame.
Honestly, that started with leadership leading the charge & taking chunks of time off first.
