Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Also, just to add, both our I-94s expired on 8th Oct, so our driving licenses have now expired, so we can't drive. Very frustrating as we have to rely on friends for trips to get groceries. Our immigration lawyers are not very responsive when we ask questions. When we were filing the L1A extension the deadline we were told was 8th October, there was no mention of us then having to wait a further 2 or 3 weeks for paperwork in the mail to allow us to renew licenses or get my wifes L2S re-issued! We let the immigration lawyers know that both our driving licenses were due to expire on the 8th October along with my wife's L2S, but they didn't seem to be concerned!

It can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks to receive the hard copy of your approval. USCIS is extremely back logged. Your attorney can’t do anything about it because they send the approvals via USPS (slowest). Congrats on the approval!
I wasn't stressing mate, I was asking someone who knows the process if we had the correct documentation that would allow my wife to continue working.
It can take more time even after you get the letter from USCIS. They are backlogged on confirming the status to DPS, which sometimes even goes back for reverficiation. In our case, it took 3 months' time for all this process to happen and we were beyond frustrated with this experience. This seems more of a third world problem with no solution. There should be an interim policy for such people who have expired liceses as this has a huge toll on daily life.
Yes, we're finding it very frustrating. Our lawyers worked towards 8th October as the deadline, but I feel they should have used an earlier date, so we could sort the driving license and wife's L2S out before they expired! Wife is now on unpaid leave, after just being promoted, and while working on an important project, and neither of us can drive! All while trying to pay a mortgage on our house, and other bills! 😢
