How long does it take PwC to release an offer letter after the salary negotiation part is completed?? My negotiation part was done last Wednesday and I haven't heard back from them. When I called the recruiter on Friday they said that they are waiting and following up for approval from the compensation team. I have made several switches in the past but have not seen so much time passing by between offer negotiation and offer release. That's why I thought I'd ask people who might know.
Usually it takes more than 15 or 20days after submitting your BGV documents. Just wait until you get the offer letter and then resign.

Hope you had already submitted all the documents to HR. For me it took almost an week to get the offer after the HR negotiation. It may take longer than that.

Is it possible to get work from home from PwC?? I mean the interviewer said during the managerial interview that I can wfh. But when I asked to HR they said they can't promise anything

It all depends on manager and partner. But chances for permanent wfh is slim. Temporarily you may get from case to case
I have other interviews going on as well but they are in the early stages and I do not want to resign without an offer in hand.

Yes. Same here. Around 7-10 days. But it may take upto 2 weeks
Hi All, I have completed the document submission with PWC AC BLR 15 days ago but still no offer. The HR has updated me that they are waiting for higher management approval. Is it normal? Does the higher management reject the offer approval? And if so, on what basis? The salary negotiation has already happened for me.

Yes and I've sent all the required documents and later HR said the hiring was on hold and once it resumes they will give an update
