How long does it take these days to become a partner at MCK or BCG after you start out as an analyst (post-undergrad role)? I’ve seen some folks on LinkedIn who’ve gone from BA to Partner in 6 years!

I'll switch to a startup as the only data engineer and will closely work with all the Head ofs + the CTO.

Any advice/books/... on stakeholder management at that level? Especially when things fail/discussing budgets/new hires etc.

How rigid are practice & office alignment at EY? Considering an offer in FSO Digital Strategy on the west coast, but want to understand how difficult it is to switch if I later determine there’s another practice more interesting to me, or if I’d want to move office locations. TIA!
