Tips to stay motivated and cut procrastination? I started a new client side job remotely a few months ago at the beginning of covid. I know that I'm extremely lucky to have landed a role during shutdown, but lately my motivation has taken a hit. My entire team of two people is new, and it's definitely been odd to onboard remotely. Things are not as fast paced or as exciting as agency side, but I have also been dragging out tasks due to procrastination and just feeling lost. How can I do better?

Can someone pls guide me about the relocation parameters within FIS. I work out of India location and applied for IJP for London as my husband is moving there. In parallel my team came back saying they want to retain me and willing to create a position in London but that will involve alot of approvals due to increased cost. I personally want to move towards FP&A bc I think it’s more interesting & transferable. But the benefits + pay is so much better at the PE firm. I think I will be happier working at the PE firm, but I think FP&A is more transferable if I were to leave (feel free to correct me if I’m wrong).
