How many days to schedule second round once first round is cleared?

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

Friend of mine was supposed to receive an offer (told verbally) from Deloitte and then just found out they are pausing on hiring the role. How common is that? Hello all, I have received an offer from tiger Analytics for Data Scientist role. Kindly suggest if I should join the company in the recent events of layoffs and recession?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings

Is it easy to change projects in Tiger Analytics.

Also how is the performance bonus paid in tiger? Monthly or at the end of the year only

I am interested in learning data science and excel in that path. Please let me know any opportunities.
