Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. My coworker is struggling to complete his tasks/meet his goals, and the owner is coming to me about angry clients.
