Hi I got selected in Nagarro i.e. I cleared all the tech rounds but now HR is saying there is no vacancy , they are saying as soon as there is a vacancy they will give me an offer and asked me to wait until then. My tech stack is. java backend . Yoe - 2years. What should i do ? I want to join Nagarro, I resigned based on my Nagarro interview result also I hated TCS, hoping HR would call me in week . Pls guide me ? Why do these companies keep interviews when they don’t have vacancy?

I worked for an lgbt org early in my career so it’s on my resume. Any potential employer who would weed me out for that is somewhere I would never want to work anyway, so I think it’s good to have on there.
I’m not in the closet or anything and pretty open about my LGBTQ status but never really thought a resume would be a good place to call that out since that should be strictly for experience. I’ve more hinted at it in the interview process but not making it the main focus. If it pertains to the job you’re going for experience wise I would put it down, but if it feels out of place seems like it would be something better to mention down the road.
I mean more of volunteer/pro bono work and involvement in BRGs - relevant but effectively outing yourself
I think showing your interests in that type of work and how you do things outside from your day to day is important then
I made it my icon on my portfolio so when you’re on my site that little tab on your web browser has the pride emoji instead of the squarespace logo 🏳️🌈
