How much do I have to save/invest if I want to quit my job next year? Single, no kids. What do you all think?

When do you predict the dip? I've been waiting for so long, but don't want to buy now. VTI seems inflated.

Let's say through a combination of aggressive saving, high income, and savvy investments, I manage to save several million by the time I'm 40.

If at that time I decided to pursue my passion and go to law school so that I can be an affordable attorney for worthy causes, will my age hold me back from getting into law school?

Would have to finance the whole thing myself. Current net worth is 140k. Thoughts?

Tips for starting a new job?

I wish someone would create a book entirely on copywriting or art direction daily exercises that train us juniors or students to get better since creativity is a muscle. Sure, hey Whipple or the ad concept book do have some exercises, but I want more exercises that are bit more structured.

I would definitely pay money for that book.

The pandemic took all the upside of an IB analyst life (client meetings in person, fancy trips, suit up, worshiped at networking events) and left all the juniors with the downside (long hours, monkey-like type of job, aggressive work environment).

Not that the complaints are not sort of legitimate but you may need to revise the decision-making process that led you to accept a return offer. Specially if you were looking for less hours.
