Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???
Please help asap.

McKinsey & Company How likely is McKinsey to rescind an offer if there's a recession/downturn before my start date? Received an Associate offer with a start date early in the Fall. But I'm worried about the offer being rescinded due to the ongoing McK scandals/issues and a potential recession in the making (which may prompt them to freeze hiring and/or renege offers).
Has this happened to anyone before at McKinsey, offer getting rescinded due to economic/company downturn? A bit worried

It’s like 100K + 30-50% bonus + 25% of base+bonus contributed to your retirement account vesting over 6 years. Idk about day to day, I’m not an MT
Nope, master degree, work experience, Teach For America/Americacorps are all treated the same.
If you get put in the warehouse, though, you will definitely be very, very busy even as an MDT. This is probably the area with the least work life balance
I got my offer in October 2021 and I did not receive a signing bonus, but I did hear the people hired in summer 2021 did receive one. I did get a relocation stipend around $7k after taxes. The day to day for a MDT differs depending on what department you are put in. From speaking to my MDT friends, we all have different levels of responsibility in our departments. The biggest thing about the MDT program is that they do provide some training and onboarding for the first year, but when you are not training or your manager doesn’t assign you work, you are expected to be proactive and find random things to learn
I think people just group relocation and signing together.
108k base +12.5k in relocation & sign on bonus + profit sharing + retirement if you start with enough months in the year
