Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

What in the fudge lmao. Do you work for like a start up? My health insurance is $100 a month and it’s a pretty decent plan.
High deductible but like 110 per month.
I worked at a job years ago where it was 500 per month because the employer barely contributed.
My employer doesn’t offer insurance, so I go through Covered California and pay about $510/mo. after the APTC. Also a single female.
How big is your company? Do they contribute at all to your insurance? What's your deductible and yearly max? Who is the health insurance company and what state?
For reference I work for a fortune 100, they contribute about 65%, I have a low deductible with a yearly max of 1500 with Anthem in TN. I paid $98 a month last year for just me and this year I added my fiance and I pay $197. My yearly max increased to $3750 but everything else is the same.
$1000/month for family coverage, PPO with a $1000 family deductible in network and $2000 family deductible for out of network (we use out of network providers).
But the claims processing and pharmacy coverage is not great, so you walk away feeling like you're paying a lot for a massive headache.

Oh wow, extremely blessed for mine according to these comments!!
Family Plan Medical only: $147 ppp
Medical + Vision + Dental: $187 ppp (every 2 weeks)
Technically, my premium nets to $0. All I truly pay is into my HSA, so I would not count that as a premium.
At $600/month, it sounds extreme. But without plan design documents, it is difficult to ascertain what is driving the cost. Also, we do not know the employer cost share.
Omg that is so high! I am a single woman with no kids and I pay about $80 each pay check and its actually a really great health insurance plan. It helps that I don't get sick very often but when I do it covers everything. I can't believe you are paying that much.
I get charged $249 out of every paycheck and I get paid twice a month usually so just under $500 which seems like a lot but I see people pay a lot more for health insurance so the whole thing kinda seems like a scam to me
