I will be promoted to A from this Oct . Pay scale will change from Oct . So will I get yearly hike or they ignore it ?

After 4 rounds of interview, HR calls to confirm whether my expected salary was 20 LPA. This is when my current is 19 LPA. I had asked for 25 LPA initially itself and she is now accusing me having increased my ask after positive feedback from the interviews.

Can someone really think that a person will be willing to switch companies at a 5% hike?

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops. Between two offers, "Associate Principal" for m&a consulting in the Healthcare industry vs a Director at a F300 company doing M&A and Partnerships. Consulting pays about 50k more. What does the future look like in consulting? I am a bit nervous jumping from from "industry side" to the "consulting side".

I have so many deadlines lined up and need to work over 15 hours each day. I am already burned out and have no motivation to work. Part of me dares me to not work and face the consequences, at the end of the day its just a job. Is it normal to feel this way? I am just not able to find the motivation to work. Can anyone share some tips or suggestions for the Sr. Program Manager final rounds of interview? Trying to prepare as much a as possible.

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

Do you guys mind commenting on the work culture in amazon. Non tech related. micromanagement?

Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill
