How old do you want your kids to be before you let them stay home alone for long periods of time? We have a 9 and 13 year old and my husband thinks the 13 year old could stay home on his own while we're working during the summer. We don't trust this kid to use the air fryer on his own and he sleeps through the smoke detector if it goes off, but sure, let's leave him to his own devices all summer.
