How old were you when you got your first premium credit card (Amex Plat, Sapphire Reserve...)

Starting apartment hunting in NYC soon. Any tips and recommendations for studios & 1 bedrooms in the city in terms of price range, ROI, neighborhood, down payment, best time to invest etc.

What platforms do you use for your investments?

I use Zerodha for brokerage and Kuvera/Coin for MF investments.

Due to a mix of circumstance, hikes / job moves, i’ve 2x my salary over the last year.
However, regardless of much i earn, it feels as if i will never feel rich or save enough in a place like London. Crazy constantly increasing taxes, sky rocketing rents and early saturation in salaries. Is UK the right place to be or is it the same everywhere.

How do upgrades to nicer rooms work for Marriott?

Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? I hate leaving money on the table but there are some good roles out there. I’m not fully vested in my current 401k yet and my stock grants haven’t matured yet either. This would be at a global director level.

How do you guys go about adding beneficiaries when no body you want to add as a SSN? Everywhere I have seen it, it says optional but I wonder if should I die, they will get the money without the ssn?

I'm a first time home buyer and got pre qualified back in Jan. Hard pull on credit docked me a few points. I wasn't able to close and now considering another hard pull for a different mortgage company offering better rates.
