Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

EY recruiters are known to be slow in getting back to candidates. I would at least give it a week before following up. Coming from PwC, I would just caution you that EY is pushing a hybrid model where they want you to come to the office a couple days out of the week. If remote is important to you, consider applying elsewhere. Also, if they sold you in unlimited vacation, it’s really more of flexible vacation time with no accrued payout. People are generally taking the same and in some cases less vacation time than under the previous model.
Nope dont care I actually like coming into the office( pwC really
Tried to push unless you signed up for fully virtual) When interviewed said team dependent but mostly virtual. At PwC we already are coming inSo super not important( if anything its important we are). And no unlimited PTO didnt sell me, not allowed to take vacation for 6 months so anywhere that had a better policy then my team.
Recruiters and hiring managers are also slammed right now. Give it time.
I would reach back out to keep on top of it. It's true the recruiters are slammed but we from the interviewer side don't want to lose a good candidate if we find one because of administrative issues. Plus, we're given 24 hours to provide hire/no hire decision so they should've known by Friday if the firm generally wants to move forward or if they're thinking more interviewers/follow up is needed.
What should I say? As for a timeline,”?
Follow up Wednesday. Say Hi, following up on the XYZ role. Let me know if you need anything further. Looking forward to hearing back.
