How to negotiate with HR after a failed negotiation. I request to revise the CTC as per the avg CTC after accepting the offer letter. But it really went bad. I want my salary needs to be revised and join in this company only. And the reason is due to better career growth and WLB. Please suggest me a better way to negotiate.
